The main body of the Laying nest is a hot-dip galvanized sheet with a thickness of 0.5mm and a weight of 275g/㎡ zinc layer. Eggs are out of both sides. Size:2270*850*600mm(L*W*H). One hole is 330mm width.The egg trough is 120mm width.  One nest has 14-16 holes (both sides).  Laying nest is with anti-roost board.

The driving motor power is 0.75KW and the speed is adjustable from 0-3.5m/min. The conveyor belt adopts square hole pp belt imported from Europe. The egg nest is laid with needle-shaped artificial grass mat imported from Belgium to effectively prevent the surface of the eggs from being contaminated.

Its main function is to smoothly transport the clean eggs produced in the chicken house to the egg Collection Table in the chicken house through the conveyor belt. The breeders can collect the eggs directly at the egg Collection Table, which reduces the number of breeders entering the chicken house thereby increasing the fertilization rate, reduces the labor force of workers, improves labor efficiency, reduces the egg breakage rate and dirty egg rate, reduces the number of eggs outside the nest, and at the same time improves the hatchability of hatching eggs. The humanized design provides a quiet and comfortable egg-laying space for broiler breeder, laying breeder and layer.

The device is equipped with a dedicated tensioning device at the tail end, which can fully ensure the stability of the conveying system. The Picking table adopts sheet metal technology, with a simple structure, smooth operation, convenient operation, and easy cleaning.

It is equipped with specially designed plastic and rubber artificial grass mats for selection, providing a comfortable laying environment for hens. High density nylon belt, ABS belt and PP belt are available for customers to choose. The system has a brush at the tail, which can clean the conveyor belt at any time during operation and ensure that the eggs are always clean.
